The craftmanship is incredible, everything is so solid, no give, you can tell it will last forever. The installer Brett did a outstanding job, answered all my questions ,he found a leak in my wall that was unrelated to my shower that I was unaware of, and I was able to call a plumber to get it fixed. very satisfied, with my tub to shower conversion. It costs money but when you see the finished product you know it's well worth it worth it. The shower will last a lifetime
